ELECTRODEPOSITION OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSORS: A SHORT REVIEW

В настоящем обзоре описываются выполненные за последние два десятка лет исследования, посвящённые электроосаждению наночастиц серебра на поверхности углеродных электродов и их использованию в аналитической химии. Обычно используются графитовые или стеклоуглеродистые электроды (в том числе, полученные методом послойной печати), а электроосаждение выполняется из растворов нитратов калия течение нескольких минут. Наночастицы модифицированные нанокомпозиты, включающие наночастицы серебра, затем закрепляются электродов, электрохимические сенсоры способны определять различные соединения с использованием различных вольтамперометрических методов прекрасной избирательностью очень хорошими линейностью сходимостью. Описанные методы анализа позволяют микрограммовых количествах пероксид водорода, глюкозу, холестерин, метилпаратион, ионы Pb, хлорамфеникол метронидазол, доксорубицин, энтакапон, тирозин триптофан, ламотриджин, хром (VI), сурьму (III), тринитротолуол, олигонуклеотиды бактерии синегнойной палочки. In the present review studies performed in last two decades devoted to electrodeposition of silver nanoparticles on surface carbon electrodes and their implementation analytical chemistry are described. Usually graphite or glassy (including screen-printed electrodes) used, is from solutions potassium nitrate during a few minutes. Silver modified nanocomposites including then immobilized electrodes, obtained electrochemical sensors capable determine various compounds using different voltammetric methods with excellent selectivity very good linearity range precision. The described analysis allow determination microgram quantities hydrogen peroxide, glucose, cholesterol, methyl parathion, Pb ions, chloramphenicol metronidazole, doxorubicin, entacapone, tyrosine tryptophan, lamotrigine, chromium antimony trinitrotoluene, oligonucleotides bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
